Works with links of any length; the more text, the denser the code. Recommended to print objects of at least 6×6 cm so phones can read it well.

Why 3D

A QR you can touch

A paper QR code can get lost, wet, or wrinkled on a table. A 3D-printed QR code is a permanent object: a table stand that lasts for years in a restaurant, a keychain a guest takes home after an event, or a plaque fixed by the door of a rental with the WiFi password on it. QR Tangible is the first tool built specifically for that leap: from the screen to a physical object, without losing the code's readability along the way.

The technical key is in the color. A 3MF file isn't just a 3D mesh: the materials are stored inside the file itself, so when you open it in Bambu Studio, Orca Slicer, PrusaSlicer or Creality Print, each part of the object — the base and the code relief — already appears assigned to a distinct color. That's what gives the printed QR real contrast so it can be scanned with a phone, instead of a colorless relief like you'd get with a plain STL.

You can generate the code in seconds, without creating an account or installing anything: the whole process — the QR design, the 3D geometry calculation, and the final file generation — happens right in your browser. Nothing you paste or upload (your link, your logo, your WiFi password) ever leaves your device.
